摘要
目的结合临床实践经验,对丘脑肿瘤的显微外科治疗的患者进行临床分析。方法选取我院2007年1月至2009年12月期间,进行丘脑肿瘤显微外科治疗的患者35例为研究对象,对其治疗方法和治疗效果进行总结分析,探讨丘脑肿瘤的显微外科治疗的临床价值。结果本次研究的患者中,肿瘤全切除18例,大部分切除11例,部分切除6例。切除术后的病理检查证实,患者中星形细胞瘤20例,生殖细胞瘤6例,淋巴瘤4例,神经节细胞瘤3例,转移瘤2例。术后大部分患者短期临床症状和神经功能好转,术后有31例患者随访6个月～2年,其中有2例肿瘤复发(于0.5年内死亡),其余生存期均超过1.5年。结论丘脑肿瘤由于位于脑深部,因而手术难度大,危险度大。可以借助显微镜,采用适当的手术入路与方法 ,获得满意的疗效。
Objective clinical practice experience, microsurgical treatment of the thalamus receiving cancer patients for clinical analysis. Methods A hospital in January 2007 -2009 12-month period, the hypothalamic tumor patients treated with microsurgery for the study of 35 cases, the treatment methods and Effectiveness were analyzed to explore the hypothalamus the Microsurgical treatment of tumors clinical value. Results The patients in this study, tumor resection in 18 cases, subtotal in 11 cases, partial resection in 6 cases. Postoperative pathological examination confirmed astrocytoma patients in 20 cases, 6 cases of germ cell tumor, lymphoma in 4 cases, 3 cases of ganglion cell tumors, metastatic tumors in 2 cases. Most patients after short-term improvement in clinical symptoms and nerve function after surgery, 31 patients were followed up for 6 months to 2 years, of which 2 cases of tumor recurrence （0.5 years at death）, and the remaining lifetime of more than 1.5 years. Conclusion The hypothalamus is located in deep brain tumors, so surgery is difficult, dangerous degree. Make use of microscope, choose appropriate surgical approach and method to obtain satisfactory results.
