摘要
目的探索负压封闭引流技术治疗创伤感染创面的护理要点。方法 2007年10月～2009年5月,对22例应用负压封闭引流技术治疗创伤感染创面的患者进行护理观察。结果 22例应用负压封闭引流技术治疗的患者无护理并发症发生,治疗效果佳。结论手术后维持患者适当的体位,持续恒定的负压吸引,密切的护理观察和引流管的管理是护理成功的关键环节。
Objective To explore the nursing point of infective traumatic surface treated by vaccum sealing drainage. Methods From Oct 2007 to May 2009, to observe the infective surface of 22 cases treated by vaccum sealing drainage （VSD）. Results No nursing complication occurred in all cases. Conclusion Proper posture after operation, constant vaccum drainage, careful nursing and drainge tube management are the key points in nursing.
