摘要
本文以邻硝基苯胺为原料,经过重氮化,卤代,还原反应,制得邻碘苯胺和邻溴苯胺;针对采用文献合成方法中出现的一些问题,采用改变加料顺序、介质条件和增加水蒸气蒸馏进行分离操作等方法进行了工艺改进,提高了邻硝基碘苯收率(收率87.5%)和邻硝基溴苯的纯度(纯度96.6%).
O-iodoaniline and o-bromoaniline in this article have been synthesized by a series reactions,such as diazotization,substitution and reduction with o-nitroaniline as stating martierial.By changing the order of throwing materials and media,the yield of o-iodonitrobenzene is 87.5%,which is higher than the yield in literature,and distillation the product by vapor,the purity of o-bromonitrobenzene is 96.6% superior to that in literature.
