摘要
报道2例房性心动过速(1∶1和不等比例下传)经治疗后,患者自觉恢复,心率正常,要求出院,但心电图检查示房速2∶1传导。提醒临床在房性心动过速治疗中,应以心电图为治疗分析依据;在心电图分析中应注意寻找重在T波和ST段的P′波,加强对交替下传的文氏周期等特殊房室传导现象的认识,有助临床诊治。
The patients in two cases of atrial tachycardia（range ratio of 1∶1 and downstream） perceived recovery with normal heart rate after treatment.They required discharge,but the ECG showed A∶V 2∶1 conduction.Therefore,clinicians in the treatment of atrial tachycardia should base the treatment on ECG analysis;and such analysis should be noted in the electrocardiogram T wave and ST to find segment focuses on the P wave.It was helpful for clinical diagnosis and treatment to strengthen the understanding of special atrioventricular conduction phenomenon,such as the alternating cycle of downstream venturi.
