摘要
为了有效协调好班级群体管理中各种教育资源间的关系,便于高效率地完成知识的授受过程,纪律便被作为一种约束性手段铺陈在班级群体管理的时间流中,它以规范、权威、组织文化等方式体现出来,目的是使学生顺从或服从命令,维护班级群体的教育秩序。不可否认,一定的纪律实施有助于任务的完成,但建立在权威顺从基础上的纪律,是以伤害人与人之间的温暖为代价的,在此支配下的学生在班级群体中对自己的所作所为没有选择的余地,因此,他们也就缺失在教育中自由成长的机会。
In order to balance the relationship between different educational resources in class management,effectively impart knowledge,discipline which is considered as a restraining method aim at making students obey order and discipline in the way of conduct,authority and organization.There is no denying that certain discipline is helpful to accomplishment of task,but the discipline based on obeying authority is at the expense of hurting warm relationship between people.Under such condition,students have no choice to do what they want,so they lose the chance of free growing up.
