摘要
采用显微组织检验和夹杂物分析等方法对Y1Cr13热轧过程中开裂的原因进行了简要分析。结果表明,轧制温度在1000℃~1200℃范围时,显著的硫的热脆性影响和大量脆性硅酸盐夹杂的存在是造成钢坯开裂的主要诱因。
The reasons of fracture for Y1Cr13 steel during hot rolling process were analyzed briefly by microstructure inspection and inclusion analysis methods.The results indicated that when rolling temperature raised to 1000℃-1200℃,the noticeable influence of the hot brittleness of sulfur and the existence of massive brittle silicate inclusions were the major causes leading to billet's cracking.
