摘要 提出一种基于H.264视频压缩标准的低复杂度、高精度的码率控制算法,该算法研究建立在ρ域率失真线性模型的基础上,比较分析图像压缩前后的信息。通过统计不同量化步长q的DCT零系数百分比ρ,建立基于视频内容的ρ-q一一映射分布规律,直接把非线性R-QP控制转换为间接的R-ρ-QP控制,避免了R-QP之间的非线性影响,从而实现了基于视频内容的高精度码率控制的目的。 Presents a novel rate-control algorithm for H.264 facing the low complexity,high-precision,this algorithm is build on the basic of the ρ-domain linear R-D model and compares and analyses the image information before and after compression.By static the different the quantization parameters(QP)DCT zero conefficent the pacent of ρ,then builds up the ρ-q video,the change the non-linear R-QP rate control with the indicate R-ρ-QP rate control,advoids the non-linear influence of R-QP,for the purpose of high-precision rate control for the video.
