摘要
带状疱疹是由水痘一带状疱疹病毒引起的疱疹性皮肤病，临床上常见累及肋间神经及三又神经，坐骨神经受累少见，尤其是累及运动神经者比例更少。值得注意的是有部分疱疹症状不典型，或同时存在腰椎退行性疾病等腰腿痛患者，很可能到康复医学科就诊。若对病情疏于分析．容易造成误诊。
