摘要
针对建立的钢板轧制过程中的中厚板凸度预报多参数复杂模型,分别采用BP算法、BP改进算法、混沌算法和粒子群算法进行寻优并对结果进行比较。实验结果表明,该模型切实可行,在模型优化中,混沌算法和BP算法寻优速度慢,精度不高,粒子群算法寻优速度和精度均有相应提高,BP改进算法寻优速度和精度均为最优。
According to the complex multi-parameter predictive model of media-heavy plate in the steel-rolling process,BP algorithm,BP improved algorithm,chaos algorithm and particle swarm optimization(PSO) are used to optimize the model's parameters respectively.The Simulation results show that this model is practical.During the optimization,chaos and BP algorithm both have low speed of convergence and error precision;PSO algorithm has a improvement compared with BP and chaos algorithm;BP improved algorithm is the best method among all algorithms.
