摘要
目前工程上风道风量测量方法需多点求平均导致过程复杂且测量精度不高,已有的采用示踪气体测风道风量的方法仅知道原理而未对该方法的适应性进行研究,针对这一现状,文章对示踪气体测风道风量的方法进行了进一步的研究,提出了改进的测量方法,并利用数值计算对改进方法的效果进行了验证,对利用该方法测风量可能遇到的问题进行了讨论.结果表明,改进后的示踪气体测风道风量的方法,在各种实际工况下均具有较高的可靠性.
The measurement of air flow volume in duct needs to compute the average over several points and has many defects.Based on the previous theory,some improvements are proposed on the theory to measure the air volume in ductwork with tracer gas.The improved method is validated with numerical calculation.Some important problems which might arise in measurement process are further investigated and solutions are given.It is shown that the improved measuring method is practicable for the air volume measurement in real projects.
