摘要
拟利用铁合金厂回转窑、电炉及辅料就地处理浸钒废渣,采取造球—还原—电炉熔炼的工艺流程,治理废渣污染,综合回收铁、钒、铬,从而获得良好的经济效益和环境效益。
V-leaching fag-end is treated locally with rotary kiln, electric furnace and auxiliary material in iron alloy plant. To adopt process flow of pelletizing—reduction—electric furnace smelting,the pollution of fag-end is controlled. Fe,V and Cr are recovered comprehensively. Thus statisfactory ecnomic efficiency and environmental effects are gained.
