摘要
目的:探讨用薇乔线缝扎治疗指伸肌腱止点撕脱骨折的方法及疗效。方法:在末节指骨近端横向钻孔,用薇乔线将撕脱骨折块缝扎固定。再穿1枚克氏针固定远侧指间关节于伸直位,4周拔除克氏针,功能锻炼。结果:术后3个月随访,32例骨折完全愈合,按TAM评定标准:优26例,良6例,优良率100%。结论:薇乔线缝合治疗伸肌腱止点撕脱骨折,方法简便,疗效可靠。
Objective：To explore the clinical effect and the method to suture avulsion fracture at the end point of Extensor tendon by Coated VICRYL suture.Methods：Drill distal phalanx at the proximal lateral,fix and suture avulsion fracture blocks with Coated VICRYL suture,pin one kirschner wire to the distal interphalangeal joint to extension position.Remove kirschner wire in 4 weeks,exercise functions. Results：Pay return visit after operation for 3 month,cure：32 cases.According assessment standards by TAM：to get better：26 cases;to get well：6 cases,cure good rate：100%.Conclusion：To suture avulsion fracture at the end point of Extensor tendon by Coated VICRYL suture is a reliable treatment which is efficacy and easy operation.
