摘要
目的:探讨口腔正畸患者的满意度及其与正畸治疗满意度相关的因素。方法:对在我院口腔正畸科进行首次正畸治疗的患者64例进行调查,内容包括对正畸治疗的满意情况及其可能相关影响因素。结果:不同性别患者满意度之间的差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05),即男性满意度要高于女性。不同婚姻状况患者满意度之间的差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05),未婚者的满意度高于已婚患者。不同文化程度的患者满意度差别有统计学意义,即伴随着文化程度的不断提高,患者的满意度有下降的趋势。不同错牙合程度的患者满意度有统计学意义。结论:正畸治疗作为口腔医学领域的一项成熟技术,患者满意度受到患者性别、年龄、知识水平,患者的配合情况等众多因素的影响。
Objective： To investigate the orthodontic patient satisfaction and the treatment related factors.Methods：64 patients were treated in orthodontic department of our hospital. The satisfaction of the orthodontic treatment and its possible related factors were investigated. Results： The patients＇ satisfaction between different genders was statistically significant （P〈0.05）,the men Was higher than women. The patient satisfaction of different marital status was also statistically significant （P〈0.05）,Unmarried was higher than married. Different educational level of patient satisfaction was statistically significant. The patient satisfaction was a downward trend by the continuous improvement of educational level. The patient satisfaction of different malocclusion degrees was statistically significant.Conclusion：Orthodontic treatment as a field of oral medicine mature technology, patient satisfaction was influenced by sex, age, level of knowledge, and many other factors.
