电能质量监测系统能得到完整的信息并进行展示,是监测系统准确进行综合分析的基础。分析了上海电能质量监测系统的现状,阐述了上海市电力公司技术与发展中心开发的上海电能质量数据展示系统的总体功能与构架,以及软件体系构架与功能模块,通过在上海电网的应用情况验证了该系统的有效性。
The accuracy for comprehensive analysis from monitoring system is depending on the completed and displayed information acquired by power quality monitoring system.Current status of the power quality monitoring system of Shanghai is analyzed,overall functions and framework as well as software system and function modules of the display system for power quality data are described.Its effectiveness is certified with the application in Shanghai power network.
