采用多变量模糊控制的输电线路覆冰状态评估 被引量:13

摘要 目前架空输电线路在线监测系统中覆冰状态通过阈值方法进行评估,由于监测技术和理论模型的考虑因素有限等原因导致准确率较低。输电线路覆冰与微气象参数(如环境温度和相对湿度)的相关性较大。为提高输电线路覆冰状态评估准确率,以输电线路在线监测系统为基础,综合考虑系统的等效覆冰厚度、微气象参数以及覆冰持续时间等,提出了一种采用多变量模糊控制技术的输电线路覆冰状态评估方法,并建立了模糊推理规则。通过南方电网输电线路灾害(覆冰)预警系统的现场监测数据验证了该方法的准确性和可行性。 Condition assessment of overhead transmission line icing is usually estimated by the threshold of equivalent thickness,leading to wrong decision because of technology and theoretical reasons.The overhead transmission line icing is affected by local meteorology parameters,such as relative humidity,ambient temperature and so on.Consequently,a method for assessing the conditions of overhead transmission line icing was proposed to improve the accuracy by using the multivariable fuzzy logic control,considering equivalent thickness of overhead transmission line mainly,local meteorology parameters,and ice cover duration.A hierarchical multixules structure of multivariable fuzzy logic controller and a set of fuzzy reasoning rules were set up.Furthermore,the accuracy and feasibility of this method presented was validated by the field data from China Southern Power Grid on-line monitoring and precaution system.
