摘要 以氯化原位接枝方法制备氯化聚氯乙烯(CPVC)接枝顺丁烯二酸酐(MAH)的共聚物(CPVC-cg-MAH),初步探索了MAH的单体含量、反应温度对接枝产物的力学性能和软化点的影响。结果表明:当MAH为8份、反应温度为140℃时,CPVC-cg-MAH拉伸强度达到最高,为68.9MPa当MAH为4份、反应温度为120℃时,CPVC-cg-MAH软化点达到130℃。 The graft copolymer(CPVC-cg-MAH) of MAH grafted onto CPVC via insitu chlorinated graft copolymerization was synthesized.The effects of monomer contents and reaction temperature on mechanical properties and softening point were explored detailedly. The results show that the tensile strength of CPVC-cg-MAH is up to 68.9 MPa when MAH is 8 phr and reaction temperature is 140℃,and Vicat softening point of CPVC-cg -MAH is up to 130℃when MAH is 4 phr and reaction temperature was 120℃.
