摘要
研制了薄壁平行板透射电离室，研究了透射电离室的特性。用透射电离室测量静电加速器电子束在铝中的透射分布，得到不同高压下电子束在铅中的外推射程，进而确定电子束能量。
The transmission ionization chambers with thin and parallel plates are developed. It is measured with these chambers that the transmitted distribution of electron beam generated by electrostatic accelerator. The ranges of electron beam in aluminium at various accelerating voltages are extrapolated from distribution curves. The energies of electron beam are calculated.
