大米糖粕酸法水解制糖的研究

摘要 用盐酸水解大米糖粕,正交试验表明,当HCl 浓度为014 mol/L,糖粕质量浓度14 g/dL、温度130 ℃、时间50 min 时,大米糖粕出糖率最高,达5212 % 。检测此条件下滤出糖液的色相、总氨基酸态氮含量等指标,表明糖液可用工厂精制系统精制,同时滤渣干基粗蛋白质含量提高到0707 0 kg/kg 。 HCl was used to hydrolyze syrup dregs. The results of orthogonal experiment showed that syrup yield of rice syrup dregs was the highest, reaching 52.16%, and rough protein content of filter dregs reached 0.707 0 kg/kg,when the concentration of HCl was 0.14 mol/L,mass concentration of rice syrup dregs was 14 g/dL, temperature was 130 ℃, time was 50 min. By examing the RBU value and the content of total amino N of filter syrup under this condition,it was proved that filter syrup could be refined by the factory's refining system.
