摘要
对适用于新结构消声器的前端异径管进行了工艺性分析,确定了该异径管的制造工艺过程,并针对重点工序设计了模具,提出了集多次拉延冲孔、翻口、修边、翻凸缘、切口等工序为一体的异径管制造工艺。生产实践表明,该工艺的生产投入成本低,可实现较高的加工精度和装配精度。
Manufacturability analysis is made to the front-end reducing pipe suitable for new muffler,the manufacturing process is determined,and mould is designed for key process,and reducing pipe manufacturing process which combines many processes,including drawing hold punching,flanging,deburring and edge cutting,etc.,are introduced.The production practice indicates that this process has low production investment,high machining precision and mounting precision can be realized.
