摘要
[目的]观察血府逐瘀汤加减治疗糖尿病伴冠心病疗效。[方法]62例分治疗组32例,对照组30例。两组均于皮下注射胰岛素,静脉注射单硝酸异山梨酯。治疗组在上述治疗基础上给予血府逐瘀汤加减。[结果]治疗组与对照组,显效分别26例,12例;有效6例,18例。[结论]糖尿病性冠心病属气滞血瘀型,服用血府逐瘀汤加减可明显提高疗效。
[ Objective] Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Treating of diabetic patients with coronary heart disease patients. [ Method]60 patients divided into treatment group of 32 patients in the control group of 30 patients. And subcutaneous injection of insulin in both groups, intravenous injection of isosorbide mononitrate. The treatment group on the basis of the above given Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction. [ Results] treatment group and control group, 26 cases were markedly effective, 12 cases; effective in 6 cases, 18 cases. [ Conclusion] coronary heart disease is a blood stasis type, taking Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction can significantly improve the outcome.
