摘要
攀钢轨梁厂万能线开坯机轨形孔侧壁磨损严重,使用后如果每次车修到位,一套轧辊仅能使用2次。采用头底侧展宽车削可使车削次数增加到4~5次,但每次车削后头底金属量比均发生变化,轧件弯曲度变化不定,影响产品质量及运行安全。本文结合仿真分析,提出一种腰部腹腔展宽车削法,其在不减少轧辊车削次数的情况下,既可保证断面规格尺寸精度,又可保证万能区轧件出钢平直度不随BD车削而变化,现场使用效果明显。
The wear of rail—shape groove of BD mill of universal rolling line of Pangang was serious.One set roll could be only used two times if it was machined fully at the time of machining.The roll using life could be increased to 4~5 times when using the spreading machining method for the rail head and tail.However,the metal percent of the rail head and tail would be changed at every machining,and the bend of rail piece would be also changed.Therefore,the product quality and producing security could not be assured.For this issue,one new machining method was put forward.It has two advantages,the first is that the precision of rail section can be assured,and another is that the rail piece can be kept straight with the machining times increase.
