摘要
目的探讨彩超在剖宫产子宫瘢痕妊娠诊断中的临床价值。方法回顾性分析2005年11月-2010年7月我院收治的27例剖宫产子宫瘢痕妊娠患者超声图像。结果27例患者图像分为两种类型：胚囊型11例；混合回声包块型16例。26例彩超显示丰富血流信号。结论彩超是剖宫产子宫瘢痕妊娠重要的检查诊断方法。
Objective To evaluate value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of caesarean section pregnancy. Methods Color Doppler flow imaging ultrasonograms of the 27 patients with pregnancy in previous caesarean section scars （November 2005 to July 2010） were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were two types as follow： 11 with gastrula type and 16 with commix mass type. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound is important method for the diagnosis of the pregnancy in the uterine scar of previous caesarean section.
