摘要
讨论了采用稀土硅铁和稀土镁合金为蠕化剂,生产RuT340牌号缸盖时提高铸件本体硬度>160HBS的方法。试验证明,蠕墨铸铁中添加Sn、Cu、Mn、Cr,均可提高铸件硬度,单一添加合金不能达到预期值,而在浇注后2h内开箱自然冷却则可以。试验证明,合金含量Cr≤0.1%、Mn为0.2%~0.4%、Cu为0.5%~0.7%、Sn为0.03%~0.04%,且铸件开箱时间大于3.5h时,硬度可稳定达到>160HBS。
This paper discusses the method of using rare earth ferrosilicon and rare earth ferrosilicon magnesium alloy vermicularizing,how to raise bulk hardness of cylinder head casting of RuT340 grade greater than 160 HBS.Experiments show that adding tin,copper,manganese,chromium may improve casting hardness of compacted graphite iron,a single element can not achieve the expected value added,but cooling time in mold less than 2 hours can be achieved.Experiments show that alloy content Cr ≤0.1%,Mn 0.2%~0.4%,Cu 0.5%~0.7%,Sn 0.03% ~0.04%,cooling time in mold greater than 3.5 hours,can also be stabilized to achieve hardness greater than 160 HBS.
