摘要
发生在大型公立医院的门诊倒号现象之所以愈演愈烈,根本原因在于医疗资源结构失衡,特别是优质资源供不应求。同时,专家号价格过低、就医习惯的就高不就低、社区分流环节缺失等也是不可忽视的原因。应该从充分挖掘和发挥医院优质资源的潜能、加大对有组织的群体性倒号行为的打击力度、推行实名制挂号等方面治理倒号现象,为群众创造良好的就医环境。
The phenomenon of trade registrations from ＂ ticket scalpers ＂ in large-scale public hospitals become more and more severe, and the root of the problem is structural imbalance of the distribution of the medical resources, especially that the high-quality supply lags behind the demand. In addition, low price for specialist clinics, the patients＇ concept of ＂the senior, the better＂, improper usage of community-based system of urban medical and health care services are also some reasons that should not be ignored. We should deeply excavate the service potential of the high-quality medical resources, intensify the fight against the organized trade registrations, implement real-name registration system to restrain the phenomenon of trade registrations, and to provide a better medical service environment for the people.
