CFBC固硫灰和粉煤灰复掺作水泥混合材的研究 被引量:10

摘要 循环流化床燃烧技术是一种节能环保的先进燃烧煤技术,但其燃烧产物固硫灰的综合利用是个重要难题。将CFBC固硫灰和普通粉煤灰复合化处理,研究了复合混合材对水泥胶砂物理性能和水泥净浆膨胀性能的影响。实验结果表明:固硫灰和粉煤灰复掺存在超叠加效应,在合适的互掺比例和细度下复合混合材具有比单掺更好的水泥胶砂强度;掺加30%复合混合材时水泥净浆线性膨胀率较低,且膨胀值与粉煤灰的细度和掺量成反比。根据实验结果和成本综合考虑,固硫灰和粉煤灰细度在10μm左右、互掺比例在2∶1~5∶1时复合混合材活性较高,膨胀控制较好。 The circulating fluidized bed combustion(CFBC) technology is an advanced coal combustion technology which is energy-saving and environmental-friendly.However,the comprehensive utilization of the fuel ashes(CFBC product) is a difficult problem.In this paper,the conventional fuel ashes(FA) and CFBC fuel ashes(CA) were compositely treated and the the activity and expansion properties of the compound admixture were studied.The results showed that there was superposition effect on the compound admixture,and the activity of the compound admixture was better than that of the single-addition.The linear expansion ratio of the cement paste with 30% admixture addition was low and there was inverse proportion relationship between the expansion value and the fineness and mixing amount of the FA.Comprehensively considering the experimental results and the cost,it was found that the compound admixture had higher activity and the expansion conld be controlled well when the fineness of CA and FA was about 10 μm and the mixing proportion was 2∶ 1 to 5∶ 1.
