摘要
在压电共轨喷射系统研究的基础上,对压电执行器不同驱动方式进行分析,并利用层次分析法对不同压电执行器驱动电压进行性能优化,从而为压电喷油器性能开发及改进奠定基础,最后进行相关试验。试验结果表明:与电磁式执行器相比,压电执行器具有响应快、性能稳定等特点;同时,利用层次分析方法性能优化后,压电喷油器的性能得到了进一步改善。
Driving modes of piezoelectric injector were analyzed based on study of common rail systems with piezoelectric actuator. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was applied to optimizing performance of piezoelectric injector under different driving voltages to provide a basis for performance development and optimization of piezoelectric driving common rail system. Final actual experiment results demonstrate that the pie- zoelectric injector has quicker response and more stable performance compared with solenoid actuator injector. Performance of the piezoelectric injector is improved further after optimized with AHP.
