摘要
从社区图书馆的内涵与特征入手,总结分析国内外社区图书馆的建设与服务现状,阐述对我国社区图书馆的发展建设的思考。
Starting from the definition and functionality of community library,the paper summarizes and analyzes the present construction and service situation of community libraries at home and from abroad,and puts forward the reflection on the development and construction of community libraries in China.
