Because of the outstanding contributions to the search and matching theory in labor market and its applications,Peter Diamond,Dale T.Mortensen and Christopher A.Pissarides shared the 2010 Nobel Prize in Economics. At first,Diamond put forward the famous "Diamond Paradox",creating a framework for the labor market search and matching theory;based on this,Mortensen believed that the establishment of wage announcement and other matching mechanisms could contribute to achieving a balanced game in labor market, which expanded the theory of frictional unemployment;while Pissarides helped to establish the matching function and wage bargaining, which further completed the systematic process for the labor market search and matching theory. In order to draw some references from this theory,Chinese labor market should make some corresponding improvements, such as improving the efficiency of information dissemination, promoting the level of information in rural areas, developing different employment policies,etc..
