摘要
从全球视野来看,当代民主化是转型国家向西方学习民主政治的过程,也是西方国家出于利益需要,施加压力和影响的过程。现代化在绝大多数国家成为深入人心的发展理念,全球化在20世纪90年代达到新的高峰,民主化在世界范围内迅速扩展,国际因素由于全球化的加速而更加突出。这些新发展将国际因素纳入转型学研究中,因为仅仅强调国内因素已无法对民主化的迅速扩散作出充分解释。对民主化的国际因素进行研究,在方法上可以归入"国际政治-国内政治"范式;在新范式的影响下,对国际因素与民主化关系的研究在理论模型、个案研究与实证分析等方面均有所进展。
From the global angel,contemporary democratization is the process that transitional countries study from western countries and western countries put stress and influence on transitional countries to maintain interests.Modernization has become the mainstream of development value in most countries,globalization has reached the new peak during 1990s,democratization has spread all over the world,and the role of international factors has become more prominent due to the acceleration of globalization.All these new developments has bring international factors into transition studies,for it is not enough to explain the extension of democratization only from the viewpoint of domestic factors.As to the studies of international factors in democratization,it can be incorporated into the paradigm of ＂transnational relations-domestic politics＂ which rose up in 1970s;under the influence of new paradigm,the studies of relationship between international factors and democratization develop in terms of theoretical modes,case studies and empirical studies.
