摘要
结合上海商学院应用型商业竞争情报人才培养的探索,剖析应用型竞争情报人才培养的特点,建立应用型竞争情报人才的能力素质模型,提出相应实践教学体系的构建原则,研究如何对实践教学体系的目标、内容、动力、条件、管理、评价等方面进行创新以满足市场需求、突出竞争情报人才的"应用性"。
Shanghai Business School explores to train competitive intelligence talent for business. The competency model of applica-tion-oriented competitive intelligence talent is build, and the principle of building the practice teaching system is studied. To cultivate the competency in the model and enhance the application ability of the talent, the solution is proposed, including the objective, content, motivation, condition, management, and assessment of practice teaching system.
