摘要
高效液相色谱法测定三聚氰胺是一种常规方法，并已得到广泛应用。但饲料原料成分相对复杂，如果出峰时间控制不好，极有可能出现假阳性。本文从调节流动相组成、配比以及pH值等方面控制出峰时间，取得了较好的效果。
HPLC was a routine method widely used in the analysis of melamine. But the in- gredients of feedstuff were complicated, false positive problem would turn up if the appearance time was not controlled well. The component, proportion and pH of the mobile phase would be chosed as directions to control appearance time, which showed apparent results.
