N-邻苯二甲酰-L-谷氨酸的合成工艺的研究

摘要 N-邻苯二甲酰-L-谷氨酸的合成工艺研究。以吡啶为溶剂,邻苯二甲酸酐和L-谷氨酸为原料酰化合成N-邻苯二甲酰-L-谷氨酸,讨论了影响酰化反应的各个因素。总收率可达91%。最优化工艺条件为溶剂用量吡啶(mL)∶谷氨酸(g)=4∶1;反应物配比n(邻苯二甲酸酐)∶n(谷氨酸)=1.0∶1.1;回流反应时间5.0 h;脱水剂无水硫酸钠。 Study on synthesis of N-phthaloyI-L-glutamic Methods. N-phthaloyI-L-glutamic acid was synthesized with phthalic anhydrideand L-glutamic acid as raw materials and with pyridine as solvent. To obtain 91% yield of N-phthaloyl-L-glutamic acid. The best is the molar ratio ofphthalic anhydride to L-glutamic acid was 1 : 1.1; the ratio of volume ofpyridine to mass of L-glutamic acid was 4 : 1; the reaction time was 5.0 h.
