摘要
改进了利塞膦酸钠合成方法。以烟酸为起始原料,经酯化、缩合、Willgerogt-Kinndler反应、水解、酸化、膦酸化、成盐得到利塞膦酸钠。总收率47%。目标物的结构经1HNMR,IR等方法确认。改进后的工艺具有原料易购、反应温和、操作简便、质量稳定可靠、收率高等特点,适宜工业规模生产。
The improved process for Risedronate Sodium synthesis was introduced.The target compound was synthesized from nicotinic acid as the starting material via steps including esterification,condensation,Willgerogt-Kinndler reaction,hydrolysis,acidification,phosphine acidification,and formation of salt,with a total yield of 47%.The structure of the target compound was conformed by 1H NMR and IR.The improved process was easy to purchase raw materials,mild reaction,simple operation,stable quality,reliable and with high yield,which was suitable for industrial-scale production.
