摘要
通过对网球课教学过程中生理生化指标的监测与评价,揭示网球课的负荷特征,为科学安排网球课教学内容提供理论依据。
Through the monitoring and evaluation of physiological and biochemical between tennis teaching,this paper revealed the load characteristics of tennis lessons and provided a theoretical basis for arranging teaching content of tennis lessen.
