振动光整对MnZn铁氧体磁心环电磁性能和机械强度的影响

摘要 采用传统的氧化物法工艺制备低功率损耗及高μi软磁铁氧体磁心环,借助机械强度测量仪、HP4284A、SY-8232(B-H)测试仪和振动光整机,研究机械振动光整对烧后MnZn软磁铁氧体磁心环电磁性能和机械强度的影响。?10mm×?6mm×5mm磁心环的测试结果表明,振动光整一定时间对烧后MnZn软磁铁氧体磁心环的机械强度影响不大,但对磁心环的电感量有较大影响,功率软磁铁氧体磁心环的电感量升高,而高μi软磁铁氧体磁心环的电感量下降。 Low power loss highμi soft ferrite ring cores were prepared by traditional oxide method and treated by vibration finishing. The influence of vibration finishing on the electromagnetic properties and mechanical strength of φ 10mm×φ6mm×5mm samples was investigated via mechanical strength measuring instrument, HP4284A, SY-8232 B-H analyzerr Test results showed that, certain period of time mechanical vibration finishing has no much influence on the mechanical strength, but has obvious influence on the permeability or inductance of the samples. The inductance of power ferrite cores increases, and in contrast, the inductance of highμi samples decreases.
