40例心力衰竭患者的抢救治疗体会 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨心力衰竭抢救治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我科收治的40例心力衰竭患者的临床治疗经过。纠正缺氧,改善通气,保持呼吸道通畅,减少静脉回流,使用利尿剂、扩血管药物、洋地黄等药物,以及识别、去除诱因,治疗基础病因是其主要的治疗措施。结果 40例患者经治疗后明显好转,病情稳定,心功能维持在Ⅰ～Ⅲ级。结论接诊患者后,认真分析其病因,及时、正确的实施抢救治疗对患者的预后起着十分关键作用。
