应力加载对TP110TS管钢在高含H2S腐蚀条件下腐蚀速率影响的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 随着日益增加的酸性气藏开发,以高含CO2和H2S为特征的酸性条件下管材腐蚀规律的研究成为套管柱在酸性环境中服役时安全性评估的基础。在本研究中,分别采用莱卡体视显微镜和扫描电镜来观察TP110TS在CO2和H2S共存时受不同外应力加载情况下的腐蚀件表面腐蚀产物宏观和微观形貌,用X射线衍射仪和能谱分析仪观察腐蚀产物成分的变化情况,以此来研究外加载荷对腐蚀速率的影响规律。实验结果表明随着腐蚀件所受外加载荷的增加,腐蚀严重度和腐蚀膜的厚度增大但腐蚀产物晶粒之间的胶接程度下降,腐蚀膜的致密性和在腐蚀件表面的附着能力不断下降。因此,外加载荷对腐蚀速率有明显的影响。 The research on casing corrosion in sour environment by a synergism of sweet corrosion and H2S corrosion has become the basis of casing string safety evaluation with more and more sour reservoirs containing high H2S concentration being exploited. Leica stereomicroscope and SEM were utilized to observe the macroscopic and microscopic morphology of corroded specimens, and XRD & EDS were applied to investigate composition of corrosion product of TP110TS tube steel in stimulant solution with CO2 and H2S at variable loaded environmental stress to illustrate the effect of external stress on corrosion rate. Experimental results showed that the corrosion severity and thickness of corrosion film increased but the connection between crystal grains became loose, the compactness and the adhesive capacity of corrosion film on the surface of tube steel gradually dropped with the increase of external stress loading. Therefore, external stress loading has an obvious influence on the corrosion rate.
