摘要
通过以常规免疫法和削减免疫法分别制备抗κＢ凋亡细胞相关抗原的抗体Ａｂ１和Ａｂ１ａ，以ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测抗原抗体反应，观察肿瘤细胞在凋亡过程中表面相关抗原活性的变化及新抗原的表达。结果显示Ａｂ１与κＢ凋亡及非凋亡细胞的表面相关抗原均有较强反应，而Ａｂ１ａ只与凋亡细胞表面抗原反应较强。由此可证明肿瘤细胞在凋亡过程中表面相关抗原活性并未明显降低，同时有新的抗原分子表达。
To determine immunocopmetence of apoptotic κB cell associated surface antigens (Ag 1) and find new antigens expressed during cell apoptosis,the routine immunization and subractive immunization techqnique were individually used to prepare polyclonal antibodies(Ab 1 and Ab 1a )against Ag 1,and the antibodies response to antigens was determinded by ELISA.Ab 1 reacted strongly both with Ag 1 and non apoptotic κB cell associated surface antigens(Ag 2),but Ab 1a only reacted strongly with Ag 1.The immunocopmetence of tumor cell associated surface antigens did not evidently fall during apoptotic response and new antigens expressed were found.
