摘要
为了改善传统风机过滤器单元(FFU)风机电机调速控制器的不足和提高FFU风机电机的调速控制性能,提出了一种采用模糊-PI复合控制的新型FFU风机电机变频调速控制算法,并在此基础上设计了相应的控制器。实验和工程应用测试结果表明,该控制器能更有效地实现对FFU风机电机的变频调速控制,验证了设计方法的正确性和优越性。
To overcome the shortcomings of traditional fan filter unit(FFU) controller and to improve the speed control performance of FFU speed regulation control,a novel FFU variable frequency speed regulation controller based on fuzzy-PI compound control was proposed and a new FFU controller was designed.Simulation and experimental results show that the controller can effectively achieve the FFU's fan variable frequency speed regulation control than that of traditional methods and verify the correctness and superiority of the deisgn.
