乳腺癌保乳术后常规放疗与调强放疗的靶区及相关器官放射线受量比较 被引量:15

摘要 目的对比观察乳腺癌保乳术后常规放疗(CRT)与调强放疗(IMRT)的靶区及相关器官放射线受量。方法将16例乳腺癌保乳术后患者随机分为CRT组和IMRT组,分别设计CRT计划和IMRT计划,处方剂量均为50 Gy/25次,根据积分剂量体积直方图比较靶区受量和相关正常器官受量。结果两组均可较好的覆盖计划靶区(PTV),IMRT组V95%稍高于CRT组,但P>0.05;IMRT组V105%、V110%明显低于CRT组(P均<0.05),患侧肺V20、V30和心脏V30、V40均低于CRT组(P均<0.05)。结论 CRT和IMRT对乳腺癌保乳术后的计划靶区均有较好覆盖,但IMRT较CRT适形度好,剂量分布均匀,并可降低心、肺等正常组织的照射剂量。
