摘要
根据GenBank发表的猪瘟病毒(CSFV)和猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)的保守区域的序列分别设计了2对特异性引物。建立了一种快速检测CSFV和PRRSV的SYBR GreenⅠ实时荧光定量PCR方法,并用该方法检测采集的临床疑似病料。结果表明,建立的CSFV、PRRSV-SYBR GreenⅠPCR有较好的特异性,敏感性和重复性,可以用于CSFV和PRRSV的检测。
According to the conservative domain sequence of classical swine fever virus and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus available in GenBank,two pairs of special primers were designed.A SYBR GreenⅠReal-time PCR assay was established successfully for rapid detection of CSFV and PRRSV.The method was used to detect clinical samples,the result revealed that the established CSFV and PRRSV assay was special、sensitive and reproducible and it could be used to detect CSFV and PRRSV of clinical samples.
