摘要
介绍了气化微油点火燃烧器的工作原理和各种启动方式下的启动用油等情况,进行了微油点火启动的安全性和经济性分析。实践证明,微油冷炉点火系统能实现机组冷、热态启动的节油,经济效益显著,但也存在很大的安全隐患,同时提出了使用微油点火时的注意事项。
An introduction is being presented to working principles of a tiny gasified-oil ignition burner and its oil consumption under various start-up modes,together with an analysis on the start-up safety and economy.It has been found that the cold-sate ignition system with tiny-oil technology can save oil during both cold-and hot-state start-up processes,and therefore may result in obvious economical effects.However,potential safety hazard still exists in the system,for which noteworthy items are put forward.
