摘要
应用气水两相流的传热传质理论,建立了600 MW直接空冷机组空冷凝汽器喷雾增湿三维数学模型,利用CFD软件对空冷单元内喷雾增湿系统进行数值摸拟,分析了喷嘴纵向布置方式及喷雾方向对增湿效果的影响。经过空冷凝汽器的变工况计算,得到了喷嘴最佳布置方式。
A 3D mathematical model has been built up for the spray humidification system of a 600 MW direct air-cooled condenser using steam-water two-phase flow theory of heat and mass transfer,based on which numerical simulation performed for the system with CFD software,while influence of nozzle arrangement and spray direction on the humidification effect analyzed.Optimal nozzle arrangement is finally obtained through relevant calculations under varying working conditions of condenser.
