摘要
介绍感温动作元件玻璃球的耐候性试验测试方法。应用静态动作温度试验方法测试45只喷头,分析使用时间、工况的不同和工作液的变化对性能的影响。公称动作温度不大于79℃的玻璃球采用水浴测量;公称动作温度79℃以上的玻璃球采用油浴测量。玻璃泡工作液的变化仅能作为使用时间的判定;玻璃球工作液颜色没有变化时玻璃球性能也可能已经改变。
The experiment method of weathering resistance of glass ball in temperature-sensing element was introduced.The static acting temperature testing method was used and 45 sprinklers were tested in liquid.The effect of time in using,scenario and change of working solution to using performance were analyzed.The glass ball which nominal operating temperature is not higher than 79 ℃ were tested in water and the glass balls which nominal operating temperature is higher than 79 ℃ were tested in oil.The time in usage only can be determined by change of working solution in glass ball.The performance of glass ball may have changed even the color of working solution did not change.
