摘要
介绍了KJ70煤矿安全监控分站的设计思路,概述了KJ70煤矿安全监控系统的工作原理和结构框架;研究了监控分站的硬件和软件结构;详细分析了频率测量技术以及CAN总线通讯技术。以微控制器mcs-51为核心,在现有煤矿安全监控分站的基础上设计了与KJ70煤矿安全监控系统相配套的新型分站,经实践验证效果良好。
The design thought of sub-station for KJ70 colliery safety monitoring system is introduced in the article.The operational principle and structural framework of KJ70 colliery safety monitoring system are presented.The hardware and software structure of sub-station for KJ70 colliery safety monitoring system are resarched.The technology of frequency-measurement and CAN-bus communication is analyzed in detail.As the core to micro-controller MCS-51,a new sub-station matching KJ70 colliery safety monitoring system is designed on the basis of the existing colliery safety monitoring system,and it proves good effect in practice.
