摘要
结合焦作市农机专业合作社几年来开展的土地流转承包工作实践,介绍了农机合作社发展的阶段与现状,提出农机部门要促进农机合作社开展土地流转承包工作,同时分析了农机合作社开展土地流转承包工作的有利因素和存在问题及今后发展展望。
This paper is based on the practice that the agricultural machinery cooperation organizations of Jiaozuo did in recent years.We discussed the issues that the agricultural machinery cooperation organization＇s participating in the transfer of land use right is an important way in the development of agricultural machinery cooperatives,how agriculture machine administration department serves the agricultural machinery cooperation organizations to participate in the transfer of land use right,what＇s the benefit to the agricultural machinery cooperation organizations in participating in the transfer of land use right,problems and the expectation in the transfer of land use right.
