摘要
目的探讨肝脏恶性肿瘤术后化疗的有效和可行的护理方法,提高肝脏恶性肿瘤临床治疗效果。方法总结接受肝脏恶性肿瘤术后化疗的28例患者,通过加强静脉注射、口腔护理及心理护理,从而提高患者的治疗质量和生活质量。结果 28例肝脏恶性肿瘤术后化疗患者,通过给患者详细介绍护理的目的和方法,做好心理护理,至今存活26例,最长37个月,死亡2例,死亡原因均为肿瘤转移。结论对肝脏恶性肿瘤患者术后辅助化疗患者做好心理护理,营养支持及早预防,可有效减轻患者痛苦,提高肝脏恶性肿瘤术后化疗患者的治疗质量和生存质量,延长患者生存期。
Objective To investigate the effective and feasible nursing methods of adjuvant chemotherapy for patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma after liver resection,to improve the clinical treatment effect for malignant hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods The clinical data of adjuvant chemotherapy of 28 patients with liver resection were studied retrospectively.Nursing measures such as strengthening intravenous injection,oral nursing and psychological nursing were taken,to improve the quality of treatment and quality of life for patients.Results With introduction of the purpose and method of chemotherapy as well as psychological nursing,26 patients are surviving,the longest survival is 37 months.Two patients died of carcinoma metastasis after operation.Conclusion Psychological nursing,nutrition support and early prevention can effectively alleviate the pain for patients,improve the quality of treatment and the quality of life,and prolong the life-span of patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma after liver resection.
