摘要
当前,我国戒毒制度较之以往呈戒毒措施多样化、戒毒程序严格化、戒毒过程一体化、戒毒力量专业化、戒毒救助社会化的发展趋势。我国戒毒制度的特点可概括为科学戒毒和人文关怀的理念、回归社会为导向的戒毒模式、客观有效的戒毒工作评估体系、协同配合的戒毒工作机制四个方面。
Nowadays, Chinese mode of Anti-drug has presented a tendency that the diver- sified measure, strict procedure, integrated process, specialization and assistance socialization. The anti-drug mode of China are generalized with the ideals of scientific and humane care, the method of drug abandonment with return-to-society driven, objective and effective evaluation system of drug control work, coordinated operating mechanism.
