摘要
目的对地黄叶中有效成分梓醇进行含量测定。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(1:99),检测波长为210nm,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温为40℃。结果地黄叶中梓醇含量为2.1%。结论地黄叶中有效成分梓醇含量较高,有很高的开发利用价值。
Objective To determine the content of catalpol in the leaves of Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch..Methods Catalpol in leaves of Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch.was determinated by HPLC.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoricacid（1：99）.The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The column temperature was controlled at 40℃.Results The content of catalpol in leaves of Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch.was 2.3%.Conclusion The content of catalpol in the leaves of Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch.is higher.The leaves of Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch.is worth developing.
