摘要
环境作为人的家,从本质上来看,它是生活的。它是人的生活的场所,人的生活动力之源,也是人的生活享受对象。生活第一,应是城市建设的第一要义。从生活来说,环境美可以分成宜居、利居和乐居三个层次,宜居重在生存,利居重在发展,而乐居重文化品位、重城市魅力、重生活品质、重情感归依。它的实质是幸福感。建设乐居城市是物质文明和精神文明两手抓、两手都要硬的具体体现,是环境保护与环境优化相统一的具体体现。它是我国现代化建设的进一步要求,是我国城市化建设的必然趋势。
Environment,as the home of human beings,is essentially part of our life.It is the living area of human beings,a motivational source of our life,and the object that we enjoy in our daily life.The fundamental rule of city construction is the priority of living.From this perspective,environmental beauty can be categorized as suitable living,facilitating living and enjoyable living.Suitable living emphasizes the survival,facilitating living focuses on the development,and enjoyable living attaches the great importance to cultural taste,glamour of cities,living quality and emotional belonging.Its nature is happiness.Developing cities＇s facilitating and enjoyable living reflects the dual emphases of both material and spiritual civilizations as well as the unification of environmental protection and optimization.It is the further requirement for the modernization of China and the inevitable trend of China＇s urbanization construction.
